Nashville, TN, May 20, 2012—CSS Health Technologies is pleased to announce the recent appointment
of Carl Schneider to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales. In his role, Schneider will oversee the
company’s national expansion.
Although new to CSS, Schneider is not new to the healthcare technology industry. His experience
encompasses an extensive 30 year background in the industry with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate
Management experience. Schneider was Vice President Sales and Marketing for Nashville-based, HMS,
where he was instrumental in increasing sales and growing the company. Other positions were held at
companies including QuadraMed, digiChart, Inc., and Baxter to name a few.
“Carl’s sales background, along with the depth of industry experience that he brings to the table is truly
remarkable” said Richie Wilkes, CSS Health Technologies President and CEO. Wilkes further added, “His
familiarity with rural and community hospitals makes for a really good fit and we are looking forward to
